These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“Client”, “you”) and ArtificialIntelligenceReceptionistSolutions (AIRS) (“we”, “us”, “our”) when you purchase or engage with our AI, automation, or digital services. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services We Offer

We provide digital and AI-driven services including, but not limited to:

  • AI receptionist and voice agents.
  • Bespoke AI solutions for communication and workflow automation.
  • Lead capture and appointment booking systems.
  • CRM and calendar integration services.
  • Consulting and strategy sessions.

All services are customised and may vary based on the specific agreement with each client.

3. Client Responsibilities

By working with us, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information.
  • Respond promptly to requests for information or feedback.
  • Use AI agents and automations ethically and lawfully.
  • Not share confidential documents, system designs, or assets with third parties without consent.

You are responsible for any content you supply for use in your custom AI systems.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made upfront unless otherwise agreed.
  • Invoices are due within 7 days unless stated differently.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension.
  • All prices are in GBP (£).
  • Custom plans or retainers will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital and consulting services, all payments are non-refundable, except in cases where:

  • We fail to deliver a service explicitly promised in writing.
  • A technical error on our part prevents delivery of the core service.

Free trials or demos are obligation-free, but full service agreements are final once paid.

6. Confidentiality

We will not disclose any confidential business information you share with us. Likewise, you agree not to share, resell, or replicate our proprietary strategies, templates, or system designs without our written permission.

7. Results & Disclaimers

We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g. number of leads, conversions, or revenue). Performance depends on numerous factors, including your industry, market conditions, and offer quality. We provide tools, systems, and expertise — results may vary.

8. Intellectual Property

Any assets, content, or strategies we create (including AI logic flows, automations, or custom code) remain the property of AIRS unless otherwise agreed in a formal service agreement. Custom materials created for you may be licensed for your business use.

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate any service agreement without notice if:

  • The client is abusive or unprofessional to our team.
  • Payments are repeatedly missed.
  • There is a material breach of these Terms.

You may cancel a monthly service with 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any business interruption, loss of profits, or data, resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
